Quality Assurance
Quality assurance is crucial in ensuring that training programs are effective, reliable and consistent. It ensures that the content of the training is accurate and up-to-date, the trainers are knowledgeable and skilled, and that the delivery method meets the needs of the learners.
Our Approach to Quality Assurance:
Scrutinising Trainer Selection - We only recruit trainers that are experienced within their relevant field, and hold up-to-date and relevant qualifications.
Undertaking Trainer Observations - Trainers are observed by Internal Quality Assurers to ensure they are delivering up to date content correctly, and in accordance with our policies and protocols.
Using Learner Feedback - We collect feedback from all learners to ensure the training met their learning needs. Feedback from learners is central to our review process.
Reviewing Training Content - We regularly review our course content and learning materials to ensure they are relevant with industry standards and practices.
Undergoing Standardisation Activities - We ensure our trainers complete regular standardisation activities, to ensure all trainers are delivering courses to the same standards
